Catch phrase

Phew...another presentation was over, 5 more to go...
our JAM (Josh Amanda Michelle) show went greatly where Amanda outshone it superbly...
It was better than what we expected to be...still, everything went just...woah, cool!
so finally, our presentation was AWESOME!

btw, Jessica Alba really works though!!! hahaha

Yea, catch phrase, Pavan came out a great catch phrase during our group discussion on how to market a product for kids, and we used Nintendo...so, the catch phrase goes like that : "Sweat in the pants, not in the socks"...so, when we start our discussion with the class, tutor asked, "so what's ur catch phrase?"..."SWEAT IN THE PANTS, NOT IN THE SOCKS!"...*a silent in the class* (everyone was like, what the hell is that? what are you trying to say? Micheal asked, WHAT'S THAT???) and *suddenlyyyyyy* Anthony poped up a great question that made everyone open their mouth widely and LAUGH!!! (SEX IN THE PANTS? NOT IN THE SOCKS?) hahaha...(what a great catch phrase for NINTENDO...haha)

Tomorrow's going to be another picture day again??? sweet

yea, saturday gonna be the Earth Hour...March 29, 2008...8pm, OFF YOUR LIGHTS!

Earth Hour 2008 - See Your Wolrd In A Whole New Light

Hey, I just signed up to the new Earth Hour website for 2008 and I thought you might like to take a look and possibly sign up too. Earth Hour is on 29 March 2008 at 8pm, and it looks like it's going to be really big. So far, as well as Sydney, there'll also be Adelaide, Atlanta, Bangkok, Brisbane, Canberra, Chicago, Christchurch, Copenhagen, Dublin, Manila, Melbourne, Montreal, Odense, Ottawa, Perth, Phoenix, San Francisco, Suva, Tel Aviv, Toronto and Vancouver all turning off their lights for an hour in the name of fighting global warming. And I'm sure there'll be more cities by March. Sign up for Earth Hour with me by visiting http://www.earthhour.org/user/e3BX and join the movement.

Turning the lights off for Earth Hour is a great first step, but if you really want to see a difference, then make Earth Hour part of your everyday life.

On 31 March 2007, 2.2 million people and 2100 Sydney businesses turned off their lights for one hour - Earth Hour. If the greenhouse reduction achieved in the Sydney CBD during Earth Hour was sustained for a year, it would be equivalent to taking 48,616 cars off the road for a year.

With Sydney icons like the Harbour Bridge and Opera House turning their lights off, and unique events such as weddings by candlelight, the world took notice. Inspired by the collective effort of millions of Sydneysiders, many major global cities are joining Earth Hour in 2008, turning a symbolic event into a global movement.

Simple things like turning off appliances while not in use and switching your light globes to energy efficient bulbs, will all help us reach our goal of reducing our annual emissions by 5%. Even something as simple as turning out lights when you’re not in a room and switching to cleaner sources of electricity like “green power”, make a big difference.

You will see how many people had signed up for this Earth Hour below this,

What are you waiting for, I've signed up, everyone should sign up too...click the link to sign up too, http://www.earthhour.org/user/e3BX

Us Against The World

*A truly unbelievable song that really gave a magic to me that really have a tremendous feelings in it with what and how every second really moved and past, our friendships are just unbreakable, road that we walked through, beautiful images being captured, every single moment...is just total unbelievable*

And here's my favourite boy band ever...westlife!

You and I, we’ve been at it so long
I still got the strongest fire
You and I, we still know how to talk
know how to walk that wire

Sometimes I feel like the world is against me
The sound of your voice baby that’s what saves me
When we’re together I feel so invincible

‘Cause it’s us against the world
You and me against them all
If you’re listening to these words
Know that we are standing tall
I don’t ever see the day that I won’t catch you when you fall
‘Cause it’s us against the world tonight

There’ll be days we’ll be on different sides
But that doesn’t last too long
We find ways to get it on track
We know how to turn back on

Sometimes I feel I can’t keep it together
then you hold me close and you make it better
When I’m with you I can feel so unbreakable

We’re not gonna break ‘cause we both still believe
We know what we’ve got and we’ve got what we need alright
We’re doing something right

Defintition of uninteresting & interesting...cool fireworks!

Saturday, went back to Uni to attend the Makan-makan picnic organized by the MSO&SSA, yeah, people were queuing up to get their food, so am i. Nasi lemak...sambal was...erm...not really nice though (and i even get a whole garlic in it, chicken wings...and yea, the matter that pissed me off, was the girl who at the drinking side, omg...i was queuing up for drinks and she said "we need to keep some for the others" (hey! did i told you i wanna refill or anything? i just wanna get a drink, u get it? or maybe she just don't understand ENGLISH man!) so, whatever man, I just got me food and walked away, bad service, so i ended up without any drinks...(WINNIE!!! what a service was that man! that really pissed me off)...Met with some of the first year students and had a chit chat with them. Then, game time, a "rubber band" word had went into my ears and I've already know what are they going to do with that, I'm totally speechless with that game. Sorry Melissa for letting you down for not joining the game, i just don't like those kind of games. So, another event that i expect to be a BOOM, but, too bad, another disappointment. 2 words to describe the event, Monotone & Big-zero...(no offense, Winnie, still gonna support you though, and still waiting for ur cooking...haha)

So after the uninteresting, here comes the interesting part of a beautiful Saturday. I went to join my sis, bear, sun and corrine for the fireworks at the Commonwealth Park, we reached there around 5 something and had a picnic with food, snacks and drinks plus, yea, pictures! Sat there, ate, chat and took some pics and the fireworks started at around 8.20pm. Below are some of the pics i've taken, just some of it...we took approx 450++ pics...lol...

This is what i really feel is FUN...rubber band, sorry...

Was ALOT of people...i ain't kiddin'...woahThat's US...
The Uncle that gave us LOLLIPOPS!
Fireworks begin...
After the fireworks, we went back with the bus and those high school kids and a lady in the bus were so noisy, and freakie annoying, smoked in the bus, are u kidding me! are you drunk or just insanely nuts...we've changed the bus in the city and our ears were finally safe.
That's all for today...totally enjoyed!

Follow by another meeting with Rohan & Val after the CB, finishing our powerpoint slides for tomorrow's international logistics presentation, yeah man, is tomorrow 9AM!! in front of 70 ppl...are you kidding me! and ends at 7pm...officially 10 hours!

Back to home, cooked dinner due to over hunger.

A tiring saturday

Yesterday went back to Uni, yea its saturday and i'm not suppose to be there, but winnie asked me to because there's a first year meeting for MSO (Malaysian Student Organisation), nothing much happened actually, was few of the people who arrive on-time, yea, malaysian, we know how time works...met Kevin, Liang, Esther, etc...expected to be some Za-boom kind of meeting but...erm...was alryte, yea...just ok and lil bit, lurkin' and colourless...hanged and had fun with kev and liang for the games. And congratz Kev, u're the 2008 rep for MSO...cool man!
It's 4.07 and the next bus was 4.16, walked like a freaky fast human just for the bus and should left the meeting earlier so i will not have to rush for it.
Went to UC to find sis, sun, bear and corrine, we went for groceries shopping and yea, it's SATURDAY, it not suppose to be colourless, lets colour something on it for such wonderful day...Basketball Day!
There were 7 of us playing today (Me,Sun along with Bear formed a group and Corrine plus the 3 Japanese girls [Mayumi, Yuki and Amy] formed a group), we played till the sky turned into blackie dark sky where we can actually see the ball because the ball was black...haha...got hit by the ball few times but...but, i still had the chance to score...*this week just not as good as the previous week*

After that, body aching, yea, thats normal...went back to sis's room for dinner...
and caught the next bus back to my place...and yea, that's this week's saturday!
cya around!
