what the "flood"

today, after college, on the way back home, way back to home was too jam, so my dad decided to take another way back home, then i saw something incredible, FLOOD!!! haha...i like a broadcaster there, reporting news and taking pics...haha...alot of the vehicles were stopped and maybe engine mati...water flowed, car passed by, ooo...yea...SPLASH!!!
